Come & See

Come & See is a (festival) market show of theatre, dance, circus, puppetry and new style’s showcases, specially presented for a public of international programmers and producers, but also from the state of Spain and Catalonia . The aim of Come & See is to promote the Catalan performing arts sector and show the best contemporary pieces produced in (Catalonia) the territory.

The Catalan theatre meeting in Barcelona, Come & See, was born in 2006 as an initiative of CIATRE, the Association of Professional Theatre Companies from Catalonia. The objective was to promote the creations of Catalan theatre companies abroad and to mobilize the international theatre sector to Barcelona.

The 2012 edition will have a new headquarters in the city's theatre, and held in the framework of GREC 2012, Festival of Barcelona. The entertainment showcases take place in different factories of creation in the city of the theater, the Grec Hub what will be installed in the Plaza Margarida Xirgu within the big tent of the Circ Cric, celebrations will take place of encounter, dialogue, market , project presentations for co-production and night parties.

The Come & See 2012 will once again generate a strong international character of market exchange artistic programmers and international designers.
