We offer project management for businesses and cultural entities, production of meetings and festivals and the analysis of cultural projects, specializing in the international field and web 2.0 tools. We have produced international performing arts meetings such as the Barcelona Come and See (International fair for Catalan Performing Arts) and MOV-S (International space for Dance and Movement Art).

1. Production of cultural events

• We coordinate the production of the event: concept, calendar, executive production….
• We establish the institutional relations necessary for the event
• We manage the participation: previous dialogue with the sector, contents created from the dynamization of previous debate…
• We take responsibility for contracting and co-ordinating the technical team
• We design the image and promotional material, contents of the publicity material…
• We create a web page for the event and create and dynamize the social networks
• We establish contact with artists, programmers, speakers and professionals from within the field
• We manage the notification of the event and guest hospitality
• General coordination of protocol and public relations

2. Project analysis and cultural studies

We observe and contextualize the strategies of an organization or project from the study of previous data and give a diagnosis proposing innovative and efficient strategies.

• We elaborate strategic plans for projects and cultural institutions
• We detect areas that are lacking and create plans for improvement
• We define the priority areas within the event
• We draw up a final study and execute the plans for improvement if desired

3. Dynamization and management of businesses and cultural entities

• We propose innovative management strategies and give support in their coordination.
• We design new projects for the dynamization of businesses or cultural entities
